steamed with olive oil, garlic, carrots, celery, tomatoes, herbs, white wine, penne pasta and cannellini beans and topped with a parmesan crouton
Japanese Mussels
inspired by our sous-chef from Taiwan, James… mussels steamed with shallots, red bell pepper, snow peas, fish flakes, sake and mirin, served over udon noodles
Moules Fernand
steamed with shallots, applewood smoked bacon bits, Cognac, white wine and cream, finished with Pommery moutarde
