steamed with garlic, shallots, tomatoes, cream, chicken stock and white wine,
served over a parsley spaetzle and topped with a parmesan crouton
Mussels, Tomatoes, Jalapeños & Tequila
steamed with butter, garlic, tomatoes, green onions, celery, jalapeños, tequila
and a squeeze of lime, topped with cilantro and fried tortilla strips
Thai Mussels with Lemongrass
steamed in a Thai chili broth with julienne carrots, red bell pepper, fresh ginger,
lemon grass and coconut milk, finished with fresh cilantro, mint and a squeeze of lime
