steamed in a fresh basil pesto with shallots, peas and white wine,
served over bow tie pasta and topped with a garlic-Parmesan crouton
steamed with olive oil, herbs, garlic, leeks, fennel, red bell pepper,
Spanish chorizo and white wine
Blue Cheese Mussels
steamed with shallots, applewood smoked bacon, fingerling potatoes,
