steamed with herbs, garlic, white wine and cream, topped with shoestring potatoes
Mussels, Pesto, Peas and Penne Pasta
steamed in a fresh basil pesto with shallots, peas and white wine,
served over penne pasta and topped with a garlic-Parmesan crouton
Mussels with Lemongrass and Thai Basil
steamed in a Thai chili broth with garlic, julienne carrots, red bell pepper,
lemongrass, fresh Thai basil and a squeeze of lime served over rice noodles
Mussels à la Marseillaise
steamed in a saffron broth with garlic, heirloom tomatoes, leeks, celery,
dry white wine and Pernod, finished with a saffron aïoli
