served over linguine and topped with a parmesan crouton
Mussels with Coconut Milk and Chipotles
steamed with shallots, carrots, celery, white wine, coconut milk, chipotles, and cilantro,
topped with fried tortilla strips
Mussel Gumbo
steamed in a seasoned shrimp broth with garlic, onions, okra, tomatoes,
green, yellow and red bell pepper and a pinch of cayenne
