Sirino’s Mussels
mussels and calamari rings steamed in a fresh basil pesto with shallots and white wine, served over bow tie pasta and topped with a garlic-Parmesan crouton
Moules Fromage Bleu
steamed with olive oil, applewood smoked bacon, shallots, baby spinach, white wine and blue cheese
Singapore Mussels
steamed in a chili broth with julienne carrots, red bell pepper, fresh ginger, Thai basil, and coconut milk, finished with fresh cilantro, bean sprouts, and a squeeze of lime
