mussels and calamari steamed with shallots, garlic, roasted tomatillos, jalapeños and Corona, finished with a squeeze of lime, fresh cilantro and crispy tortilla strips
Mussel alla Checca
mussels steamed with garlic, red onions, heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil and white wine, served over fettuccine, topped with a parmesan crouton
Blue Cheese Mussels
steamed with shallots, applewood smoked bacon, fingerling potatoes,
white wine, cream and blue cheese
