steamed with olive oil, garlic, carrots, celery, tomatoes, herbs, white wine,
penne pasta and cannellini beans, topped with a parmesan crouton
Blue Cheese Mussels
steamed with shallots, applewood smoked bacon, fingerling potatoes,
white wine, cream and blue cheese
Thai Mussels
steamed in a Thai broth with kaffir lime leaves, julienne carrots, red bell pepper,
lemon Thai basil, coconut milk and white wine
