mussels, shallots, roasted corn, fire-roasted poblano and Anaheim chilies steamed with chicken broth, white wine and cream, finished with fresh cilantro and crispy tortilla strips
Moules Fernand over Fingerling Potatoes
steamed with shallots, applewood smoked bacon bits, Cognac,
white wine and cream, and Pommery moutarde, served over fingerlings
Mussel Jambalaya
steamed in a Cajun broth with garlic, onions, tomatoes and andouille sausage,
