steamed with herbs, garlic, white wine and cream, topped with shoestring potatoes

steamed with olive oil, pancetta, shallots, tomatoes, basil and white wine,
served over bow-tie pasta and topped with a garlic-Parmesan crouton
Moules Provençale
steamed with olive oil, garlic, tomatoes, herbs, capers, kalamata olives and white wine
Green Curry Thai Mussels
Thai broth with green curry paste, coconut milk, red bell pepper, green onions and bean sprouts, served over rice noodles and finished with a squeeze of lime and cilantro
