steamed in a saffron broth with garlic, julienne carrots, leeks, celery root,
dry white wine and Pernod, topped with a garlic crouton and saffron aïoli
Mussels and Calamari ala Baja
mussels and calamari steamed with shallots, garlic, roasted tomatillos, jalapeños and Corona, finished with a squeeze of lime, fresh cilantro and crispy tortilla strip
Mussels alla Diavola
steamed with olive oil, tomatoes, garlic, herbs, red pepper flakes,
capers and kalamata olives, served over a bed of fettuccine
