steamed with herbs, garlic, white wine and cream, topped with shoestring potatoes
Zuppa di Corre Napolitana
steamed with olive oil, garlic, onions, celery, tomatoes, red pepper flakes,
oregano, Italian parsley a splash of white wine and a squeeze of lemon,
served over fettuccine and topped with a parmesan crouton
Thai Mussels with Lemongrass
steamed in a Thai chili broth with julienne carrots, red bell pepper, fresh ginger,
lemon grass and coconut milk, finished with fresh cilantro, mint and a squeeze of lime
Moules Normandes
steamed with butter, shallots, button mushrooms, bacon, apples,
Calvados and finished with cream
