Alaskan halibut, braised leeks, tomatoes, garlic, kalamata olives, onions and herbes de provence, wrapped in a parchment package and steamed cooked
Brie Tart with Petit Arugula Salad
onions caramelized with applewood bacon, topped with thinly sliced apples
and brie cheese, served with a small arugula salad
Chicken Diablo with Parmesan-Rosemary Fries
marinated jidori chicken, brushed with mustard and topped seasoned bread crumbs, oven roasted and finished with a mustard-anchovy au jus, served with parmesan-rosemary fries and a summer vegetable tian

Third Course

choice of:

Pavlova with Berry Potpourri
a meringue shell filled with chantilly cream and topped with a medley of mixed berries
frangipane enclosed in puff pastry, served warm over crème anglaise
Bavarois au Chocolat
light and creamy, layered bavarian cream, unmolded and topped with a swiss chocolate sauce
