topped with shoestring potatoes

mussels, shallots, roasted corn, fire-roasted poblano and Anaheim chilies steamed with chicken broth, white wine and cream, finished with fresh cilantro and crispy tortilla strips
Mussel Gumbo
steamed in a seasoned shrimp broth with garlic, onions, okra, tomatoes,
green, yellow and red bell pepper and a pinch of cayenne
Spaghatti con Mitili
mussels steamed with olive oil, garlic, onions, anchovies, red chili flakes, Italian parsley, capers and white wine, served over spaghetti and topped with a garlic-Parmesan crouton
