steamed with shallots, carrots, celery, white wine, coconut milk,
chipotles, fresh mint and cilantro
Mussels à la Marseillaise
steamed in a saffron broth with garlic, julienne carrots, leeks, celery,
dry white wine and Pernod, finished with a saffron aïoli
