topped with shoestring potatoes

steamed with garlic, shallots, tomatoes, basil, cream, chicken stock and white wine,
served over a pesto spaetzle and topped with a parmesan crouton
Mussels with Keilbasa, Corn and Potatoes
steamed in a pale ale with onions, fennel, red potatoes, kielbasa,
fresh corn on the cob and herbs
Mussels Sambal
steamed with garlic, fresh ginger, cumin, hot red pepper flakes, coconut milk
and finished with a squeeze of lime
