topped with shoestring potatoes

steamed with olive oil, shallots, garlic, cumin, harissa, garbanzo beans, tomatoes,
merguez sausage, a splash of white wine and cilantro
Cozze alla Puttanesca
mussels steamed in olive oil with onions, tomatoes, capers, black olives, anchovies, oregano and garlic, served over penne pasta and topped with a parmesan crouton
Mussel Gumbo
steamed in a seasoned shrimp broth with garlic, onions, okra, tomatoes,
green, yellow and red bell peppers and a pinch of cayenne
