steamed in a Vietnamese broth with rice noodles, pea pods,
shaved onions and cilantro, topped with fresh Thai basil, bean sprouts,
scallions, sliced chilies, sriracha and a squeeze of lime

mussels steamed in olive oil with onions, tomatoes, capers,
black olives, anchovies, oregano and garlic,
served over penne pasta and topped with a parmesan crouton
