steamed with herbs, garlic, white wine and cream,
topped with shoestring potatoes
Mussels à la Marseillaise
steamed in a saffron broth with garlic, julienne carrots, leeks, celery root,
dry white wine and Pernod, finished with a garlic crouton and saffron aïoli
Vietnamese Pho Mussels
steamed in a Vietnamese broth with rice noodles, pea pods,
shaved onions and cilantro, topped with fresh Thai basil, bean sprouts,
scallions, sliced chilies, sriracha and a squeeze of lime
Moules et Clams Espagnole
mussels and clams steamed with olive oil, herbs, garlic, leeks,
fennel, red bell pepper, chorizo and white wine
