Souper Tuesday

Soup's On! In participation with the Escondido DBA, Vincent's will be offering a Souper Tuesday soup menu every Tuesday throughout the chilly months of winter.

Each Tuesday the lunch menu will feature three of Chef Vincent's most delectable and comforting soupy treats. Pace and refresh your downtown shopping trip with a lunch stop at Vincent's that is sure to nourish and revive you.

Roasted Squash and Thyme Soup with Parmesan-Garlic Crouton
Soupe du Jour
prepared daily by Vincent using seasonally fresh vegetables and herbs
French Onion Soup Gratinée
a hearty soup, topped with seasoned croutons, provolone, Swiss and fresh grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheeses, baked to perfection
