steamed with olive oil, garlic, onions, celery, tomatoes, red pepper flakes, oregano,
Italian parsley a splash of white wine and a squeeze of lemon,
served over fettuccine, topped with a parmesan crouton

inspired by our sous-chef from Taiwan, James… mussels steamed with shallots,
red bell pepper, snow peas, fish flakes, sake and mirin, served over udon noodles

steamed with shallots, applewood smoked bacon bits, Cognac, white wine and cream, finished with Pommery moutarde
